- Price
- The free account is designed for up to 20 new imports and 20 AI summaries per calendar month; this is not a time-limited trial. Paid plans are US$3 per month or US$18 per year, with no import or summary count cap planned. There is no paid-plan trial period. We will finalize tax display and the total due at checkout before launch.
- Additional costs
- A Mac, optional recorder, internet access, and any external AI service you select are separate expenses. We do not plan a SaidTrace per-minute audio-processing charge.
- Payment method
- Credit card through Stripe Checkout is planned. Available methods will be shown at checkout when sales begin.
- Payment timing and renewal
- Monthly or annual recurring subscription, with no free trial period. The first charge and renewal date will be shown at the final checkout confirmation; this page will be updated to match the actual payment configuration.
- Service availability
- After distribution begins, the Mac app is intended to be usable with a free-account allowance or a paid subscription. Download and checkout are not available yet.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellation
There is no physical product to return or exchange. As with Contextberg, we intend to allow cancellation at any time and continued use through the paid billing period. Except where required by law, we do not plan prorated refunds.
If there is a critical service issue or a billing concern, contact [email protected] for individual review. We will finalize how account deletion affects the subscription and access before checkout is enabled.
- System requirements
- Apple Silicon Mac. Minimum macOS version, required free space, and local-model recommendations will be finalized before distribution.
Before publication
This page is a working draft, not a URL to submit to Stripe Checkout yet. We will verify the product domain, email forwarding, tax and billing terms, refunds, system requirements, final purchase screen, and terms of service before removing the draft label.
